Issue JR FTR (Jewellery Return)
When a customer returns jewellery, issue JR FTR units to compensate for the making charges and stone value that are not covered by the pure gold buyback price. The customer can use these units as discounts at any jeweler on the platform or sell them.

Customer must be registered on the platform.
The making/design charges the customer originally paid (this is the loss being compensated).
Value of stones/gems if any (set to 0 if none).
